We issue a full O&M manual for all projects, including fuse board layouts, manufacturers’ equipment, as-built CAD drawing and NICEIC test certificates. We don’t ask for payment until all work has been fully completed and tested on site, and until the required certification has taken place. This normally includes an NICEIC certificate, and a signed “acceptance of work” certificate.
